How do I load a Sample Bank into the WaveState Native PlugIn?

  1. If you are working with the KORG WaveState Native plugin and you have purchased KORG WaveState sounds / patches or a soundpack with custom samples / multisamples like for example my WaveState soundset Synthesizer Legends, please download this program from the KORG Website: Sample Builder

  2. Install the program onto your computer
  3. Open Sample Builder and in the File Menu select "Open Bank"

  4. Select the corresponding korgbank file (you will find it in my downloaded folder) - looks like this in finder (left pic):

  5. Confirm by clicking on "Open"
A list with multisamples like this will appear in the Sample Builder (see right picture above)

  6. Now select „Save Bank for PlugIn“ in the File Menu
Save the Bank in a predefined folder on your hard drive (not on your desktop!) - for example: „WaveState Sample Libraries“

  7. Open your WaveState Native Plugin and open the menu (top right of the plugin - 3 dots)
  8. select "User Sample Banks" - then select the folder where you have saved the korgcompiled bank file into with the sample builder.
